Something got between you and the next query?
Ask a SQL question, report a grader problem, or tell us when the game is not behaving as expected. TsundereSQL is an owner-run project, so support is direct rather than a staffed help desk. There is no guaranteed response time.
Discord and SQL help
Use the classroom Discord for quick questions and community troubleshooting. It is a public space, so do not post private information.
Email support
Use email for bug reports, account-free purchase questions, accessibility issues, or anything you should not post publicly.
What to include in a bug report
- Where it happened: Steam, itch browser build, or downloaded itch build.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The exercise or scene name, plus the steps that reproduce the problem.
- A screenshot and game version, when available. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or other secrets.
Read the privacy policy online or open Settings → Privacy policy inside the game. Progress and saves are stored on your device and cannot be recovered by support.
